Accurate databases are our forte. To Insure High Accuracy we use a three step production process. Two different teams keyboard a given job. The two files are then electronically compared and a third team resolves any differences. Edit check programs are then run to check code paring, code location, and code sequences. The files are then checked visually paragraph by paragraph. Sampling is then done on a regular basis as a final check. Enclosed is a production flow chart that will help you visualize the proceeding. The result of our careful procedures is an accuracy rate in excess of 99.95%! END
